The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC) awarded Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) a delivery order to provide a Test Director to lead interoperability certification testing and data analysis for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance tactical data link (TDL) systems. The contract has a duration of 3 years and was awarded as a total Small Business set aside. In support of the TDL/C4I service objectives, DI will leverage expertise in current test tool operations, and knowledge of MIL STDs including Link 11, Link 16, Link 22 Joint Range Extension Application Protocol A-B-C, Multi-Function Advanced Data Link, Common Interactive Broadcast, Over-the-Horizon Targeting GOLD, Variable Message Format, and Message Text Format.
