The FBI has awarded Data Intelligence the Threat Screening Center (TSC) Services Call Order Request (SCOR) 32, Information Security and Telecommunications Services (IS&TS) Task Order under the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
The FBI’s mission is to protect and defend the United States (US) against terrorist and foreign intelligence threats, to uphold and enforce the criminal laws of the US, and to provide leadership and criminal justice services to federal, state, municipal, and international agencies and partners; and to perform these responsibilities in a manner that is responsive to the needs of the public and is faithful to the Constitution of the United States.
This is a call order to provide IT support services to TSC. The TSC is a multi-agency organization that was created by the US Attorney General on September 16, 2003, pursuant to Homeland Security Presidential Directive-6 (HSPD-6). The TSC is administered by the FBI and receives support from: the Department of Homeland Security (OHS), the Department of State (DOS), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ONI?).
“This award signifies a great first step for DI in support of the FBI’s overall mission, as it represents our initial award under the ITSSS-2 BPA” said James T. Scarpello, Managing Director of DI. “DI is very excited to be granted this award by the FBI, and we are proud to support the Vienna TSC, working hard to supplying the best information security and telecommunications services possible, and expanding DI’s support of the FBI going forward.”
DI’s award of the FBI ITSSS-2 TSC SCOR 32 Task Order builds on a growing portfolio of awards under major government-wide contract vehicles, making us easy to reach by any federal client.
