BPA Period of Performance: The FBI ITSSS-2 BPA, which was awarded in May 2024, has a ceiling of $8 billion and a term of 8 1/2 years, including a one-year base, 7 one-year options, and an additional six month optional extension period.

Basic BPA Scope: The BPA provides IT Support Services to the FBI and other Department of Justice organizations to assist in managing and implementing projects and programs. The Service Areas addressed include:
- Workplace Solutions/Services – Enable User Facing solutions
- Business Application Solutions/Services – Enable product and focused business capabilities to win, serve, and assist customers
- Delivery Solutions/Services – Develop, deploy, support, and operate the business facing solutions
- Platform Solutions/Services – Enable infrastructure components
- Infrastructure Solutions/Services – Core infrastructure for delivering technology automation; non-consumable by user
- Emerging Technologies – Services/solutions for researching and identifying new technologies
- Other IT Solutions/Services – Continual or specialized IT Services
