BPA Period of Performance: The FBI ITSSS-2 BPA, which was awarded in May 2024, has a ceiling of $8 billion and a term of 8 1/2 years, including a one-year base, 7 one-year options, and an additional six month optional extension period.

Call Order Types:  Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour

Basic BPA Scope: The BPA provides IT Support Services  to the FBI and other Department of Justice organizations  to assist in managing and implementing projects and programs. The Service Areas addressed include:

  • Workplace Solutions/Services – Enable User Facing solutions
  • Business Application Solutions/Services – Enable product and focused business capabilities to win, serve, and assist customers
  • Delivery Solutions/Services – Develop, deploy, support, and operate the business facing solutions
  • Platform Solutions/Services – Enable infrastructure components
  • Infrastructure Solutions/Services – Core infrastructure for delivering technology automation; non-consumable by user
  • Emerging Technologies – Services/solutions for researching and identifying new technologies
  • Other IT Solutions/Services – Continual or specialized IT Services

Multiple sub-categories are defined under each primary Service Area.

DI services cover all phases of the IT lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and implementation of information systems and telecommunications networks.
