The Naval Information Warfare Center – Pacific (NIWC-PAC) awarded DI a new task order to provide Command & Control Processor (C2P) MOD 3.12 (PMW-150) Message Implementation Plan (MIP) Development, Interoperability Analysis and Interoperable Systems Management and Requirements Transformation (iSMART) Tactical Data Link (TDL) interoperability technical services. DI will perform analysis based on C2P missions, information exchange requirements, TDL capabilities, architecture, and high-level descriptions of the C2P functions to identify the message receive and transmit capabilities required to support data exchanges.
