DI, working with prime contractor KIRA Information Solutions, an Alaska Native Corporation, was awarded the option year for the Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS) II to continue sustainment and enhancement of the USAF system of record for managing Technical Orders (TOs), associated metadata, the associated electronic viewer (eTOV).
The system provides logistics functions to manage, store, distribute, and view electronic TOs. It also manages the printing and distribution of paper TOs. The project includes moving from legacy waterfall to Agile processes and DevSecOps.
DI has supported ETIMS and the predecessor Joint Computer Aided Logistics System (JCALS) since 1995.
