US Navy NIWC PAC Global Command & Control System, Integrated Imagery & Intelligence (GCCS-I3)
Summary
DI deploys multiple software development and platform teams to perform full systems life cycle architecture, engineering, software development, integration, cybersecurity, deployment and sustainment support for US Navy, US Air Force, and Joint C2 systems. Our teams work in state of the art cloud-based, Agile, DevSecOps environments to rapidly deploy enhanced mission planning capability packages, enhancing the safety and effectiveness of flight plans. The timeline for the delivery of new, fully tested, and secure capability has dropped from months to weeks and in some cases even days.
Competencies
Systems Architecture, Agile, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud computing, MBSE, Microservices, Data Fusion, DoD/NIST RMF, Continuous ATO, Geospatial, Big Data, Data Fusion, Data Analytics, Cloud Administration, Systems Administration
US Air Force AFLCMC Technical Order Sustainment System (TOSS)
Summary
Since 2007, DI has architected, designed, developed, and sustained the Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), the USAF System of Record for Technical Orders (TOs/Technical Manuals). It is the USAF Defense Business System for: managing TO records; managing TO Accounts; storing, distributing, and viewing electronic TOs (eTOs); and managing the printing and distribution of paper TOs.
Competencies
Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Assurance/Code Quality, Testing, Test Labs, Virtualization, Database Administration, Logistics Information Management Systems (LIMS), Systems Integration, System Architecture, Training, Cloud Administration, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity/RMF/A&A Support, Section 508/Accessibility, Software License Management, Service Desk/Help Desk
Department of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, Coast Guard-Logistics Information Management System (CG-LIMS)
Summary
DI provides both Cybersecurity and systems modernization support to the USCG CG-LIMS system.
On the Cybersecurity side, DI supports the full DoD RMF process, developing system documentation, testing systems, remediating vulnerabilities, and providing security engineering support to achieve and maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) for CG-LIMS. Our engineers assure compliance with all DoD, NIST, US Navy, and DHS/USCG (DHS 4500) cybersecurity requirements. For the three years prior to DI supporting the program, the USCG could not achieve greater than a six-month interim ATO. Within nine months of DI beginning work on the project, we helped the USCG achieve the first full three-year ATO for the system.
In addition to Cybersecurity, DI is helping the USCG determine how best to modernize CG-LMS, evaluating available cloud-based platforms, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DaaS and data analytics/reporting systems as an alternative for the next generation product.

Department of Homeland Security, US Coast Guard, Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Cybersecurity Support
Summary
DI supports the full DoD RMF process, developing system documentation, testing systems, remediating vulnerabilities, and providing security engineering support to achieve and maintain Authorization to Operate (ATO) for the OPC platform information technology (PIT) and systems. Our engineers assure compliance with all DoD, NIST, US Navy, and DHS/USCG (DHS 4500) cybersecurity requirements. DI engineers perform Cross Domain Analysis & Evaluation, provide, Very Low Attack Risk (VLAR) Cross Domain Process support,

US Navy, NIWC PAC Product Distribution Center (PDC) Management
Summary
DI provides lifecycle services to manage NIWC PAC projects’ software/ hardware assets including the flow of assets to and from end user sites from initial receipt, storage, issue, and disposal. Our team runs the PDC that is responsible for receiving, warehousing, receipt & inventory control/management, quality assurance/control, preparation, and shipment of material CONUS/OCONUS and transporting material primarily to/from the office’s spaces and storage locations. The material movement is labor intensive and includes fully built rack systems, office furniture, equipment, and material for disposal (e.g., DLA Disposition Services, shredding bins, packaging material).
