Basic Contract Scope:
The Data Intelligence (DI) GSA MAS covers the scope of the former Information Technology (IT) Schedule and offers government agencies a streamlined way to procure a wide range of effective solutions to meet increasingly complex technological challenges. Our MAS gives quick and easy access to DI’s IT solutions, including a wide range of IT Professional Services.
This contract vehicle has many attractive features:
- Structured as an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule contract. Contract valid through July 27, 2027 with two 5-year option periods
- Offers multiple contract options: Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, or Labor Hour
- Reduces typical procurement lead times and administrative costs
- Stipulates no dollar value limit on task orders
- Can be used by all federal agencies, the District of Columbia, and authorized State buyers
- Allows creation of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for recurring needs
- Employs pre-negotiated fair and reasonable pricing
DI services cover all phases of the IT lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and implementation of information systems and telecommunications networks.

Although designed primarily for the acquisition of services and/or large purchases, e-Buy may also be used to establish BPAs.
